For our Swiss Non-Institutional Sales Team we are looking for a reinforcement as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with (U)HNWIs, family offices as well as private wealth managers
  • Design and develop the sales strategy for the DACH region
  • Active product launches (e.g. creation of marketing product launch plans, organisation and implementation of road shows/ customer meetings/ investor events)
  • Further development of the product range based on future customer needs
  • Continue to develop the market segments to be targeted including prioritisation, distribution channels to be used, product development requirements, marketing needs, etc.
  • Close coordination/collaboration with client relations, product development, legal, tax and structuring teams
  • Contribute to client onboarding (e.g. overseeing the coordination of tenders, site visits and due diligence meetings)

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in real estate or finance
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in financial services within equity raising, investor relations, client relation teams or similar, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Experience with German (e.g. WpHG, KWG, FinVermV) and European (e.g. AIFMD, MiFID) laws and regulations as well as licences (e.g. § 32 KWG, §34f FinVermV) would be an advantage
  • Proven track record in building and expanding client relationships
  • Reliable person with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively internally and externally, in German and English
  • Strong acquisition skills and negotiation skills at all decision-making levels
  • Very high customer and service orientation
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, team-oriented work and high willingness to travel
  • Exact and independent way of working with high quality standards
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
