Your responsibilities

  • Support of the Chairman of the Board in the operative day-to-day business
  • Technical/content-related preparation, organisation, moderation and follow-up of meetings or events
  • Independent implementation of general, project-related and company-wide tasks
  • Independent implementation and coordination of operational and strategic projects
  • Preparation of board and decision papers
  • Preparation of board communication for social media, interviews and publications
  • Participation in strategic measures to implement the corporate strategy and corporate culture
  • Preparation and/or editing of Executive Board presentations in German and English


Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or training as a management assistant or similar
  • Relevant professional experience as an assistant at the management/board level
  • Initial experience in management or strategy consulting would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of contract law desirable
  • Organisational talent and a high level of service orientation combined with a quick perception and above-average commitment
  • Independent, structured and analytical way of working as well as a confident handling of ad-hoc requests
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Professional knowledge in the use of common MS Office programmes, especially PowerPoint and Excel
