Your responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all questions relating to the financial accounting of Group companies and investments
  • Responsible for all accounting transactions within the companies (accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment transactions, account reconciliations, etc.)
  • Assistance in the preparation of local annual financial statements according to HGB, IFRS and Local-GAAP
  • Responsibility for the preparation of target/actual comparisons and variance analyses
  • Supervision and preparation of monthly reports
  • Responsibility for the preparation of target/actual comparisons and variance analyses
  • Contact person for all matters related to the accounting of the individual companies
  • Direct reporting to the VP / Director Accounting & Reporting in Frankfurt am Main

Your profile

  • Successfully completed training as a tax clerk or comparable commercial training (preferably with further training as a balance sheet accountant)
  • Relevant professional experience (preferably >3 years) in a comparable position, ideally with a tax consulting firm or a real estate company
  • Good knowledge of accounting according to HGB
  • Excellent IT skills in all common MS Office products (especially Excel) and SAP knowledge
  • Strong understanding of numbers, very good analytical skills
  • Extremely precise working personality with a high level of commitment, initiative, organizational strength and independent working style
  • Team player with the ability and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Good knowledge of English is a prerequisite
