We provide one face to the client, acting as the catalyst for all Group services. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning and coordination of marketing activities including roadshows, client meetings and events
  • Working closely with the International capital raising team to ensure successful fundraising
  • Maintaining client relationships with institutional and private clients
  • Facilitate client onboarding (e.g., coordination of RFPs, site visits, due diligence meetings, liaison with KYC, legal, tax and structuring teams to support timely completion of fund documentation)
  • Main point of contact for client queries and requests
  • Delivery of investor reporting, drawdown and distribution notices
  • Tracking of client communication with CRM tool (Salesforce)
  • Liaison with group compliance (manage client classification process and facilitate regional approval of marketing materials)

YOUR PROFILE

  • University education to degree level or higher (IMC, CAIA, CFA or similar accreditations is advantageous)
  • Relevant professional experience in financial services within Investor Relations, preferably in the Real Estate industry
  • Working knowledge or experience of UK financial promotions regime and EU regulations (AIFMD, MiFID) is advantageous
  • Reliable person with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively both internally and externally in English. Other languages advantageous (German in particular).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and priorities a range of competing priorities to complete deadlines
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and strong MS-Office skills
