Your responsibilities

  • Examination and preparation of incoming offers including cash flow analysis and presentation of the results
  • Creating presentations for internal and external purposes (investors, banks)
  • Preparation, coordination and analysis of real estate due diligence
  • Creating cash flow models
  • Assisting in the preparation of business plans, transaction management, management of external service providers, contract negotiations and closing of the transaction (purchase and sale)
  • Assistance with debt financing, equity raising and investor reporting

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies with an economic background, ideally with an additional qualification in real estate economics
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of real estate investments, investment banking or with one of the leading consulting or auditing companies
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent valuation and financing knowledge
  • Very good handling of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Very good language skills in English
