  • Media-specific preparation of content
  • Editorial work
  • Supporting marketing and sales communication
  • Success control and reporting as well as auditing and budget monitoring
  • Planning and implementation of all communicative measures in the area of real estate press and media work as well as internal communication in all formats
  • Topic setting in coordination with the entities of the CORESTATE Group
  • Social media communication and website maintenance combined with the development of new communication formats
  • Contact person for journalists coupled with the maintenance and expansion of the journalist network
  • Independent response to local to international media enquiries
  • Management of external service providers


  • Humanities degree, ideally in journalism, PR, journalism or related fields or comparable training
  • Press spokesperson, corporate communications employee or similar function as external service provider or comparable professional experience
  • Experience in commercial real estate or debt finance as well as advanced training in capital market communications/investor relations, event planning, social media would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
  • High level of teamwork and service orientation
  • Precise and conscientious working methods combined with organisational skills
  • Strong time management skills and experience in project work
  • Good MS Office skills
