Your responsibilities

  • Support in operational and administrative activities within the entire Employee Journey (e.g. on- and offboarding of employees)
  • Assistance in the preparation of employment contracts, certificates, attestations, etc.
  • Assistance with payroll and payroll accounting issues
  • Maintenance of the HR database system
  • Assist in the recruitment of employees (e.g. correspondence with applicants, coordination of job interviews, contact with recruiting agencies)
  • Preparation of presentations and compilation of reports
  • Collaboration in current HR projects

Your profile

  • Preferably during an advanced bachelor's or master's degree in business studies, psychology or business education
  • First experience/prior knowledge in the field of human resources outside of studies 
  • Absolutely reliable, careful working method
  • Organisational talent paired with quick comprehension and communication skills
  • Discreet and confident handling of sensitive and confidential information
  • Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
