Your tasks in the team

  • Host for our residents and guests
  • Team management
  • Handling of direct enquiries from prospective tenants via various channels
  • Handling of all other activities and legal transactions related to the rental business
  • Database maintenance
  • Execution of apartment handovers/acceptances and the documentation
  • tenant support, tenant correspondence
  • Planning and implementation of events in the properties while adhering to budgets
  • complaint management
  • participation in reporting by keeping appropriate rental statistics
  • operational object responsibility (occupational safety, hygiene concepts, fire protection)
  • Working closely with the regional manager

What you should bring

  • commercial training or completed studies, ideally in the hospitality or real estate sector
  • several years of professional experience in leasing, preferably in the field of micro living or hotel business
  • experience in staff management and service management
  • an affinity for sales and distribution
  • a high degree of flexibility and commitment
  • excellent hospitality skills, a very high level of customer and service orientation, as well as the ability to work under pressure and withstand stress.
  • communicative, well organized personality
  • MS Office & Internet skills with good application knowledge
  • very good German and good written and spoken English, further foreign language skills are an advantage.
