Your responsibilities

  • Preparation of area concepts and feasibility studies in the CAD system Vectorworks
  • Support in concept planning in the acquisition phase and in purchase inspections incl. area determinations and buildability studies
  • Preparation of product proposals from the product design team
  • Close cooperation within the project development team and with external furniture consultants for our micro living brands YOUNIQ, Linked Living and JOYN
  • Contribution of content and interior projects
  • Preparation of marketing documents and exposés for building supervisory authorities, historic preservation authorities and third parties
  • Cooperation with our external interior designers
  • Accompanying the team during property inspections in the acquisition process and during the construction phases 

Your profile

  • You are an advanced student of architecture, interior design or a comparable study in the field of interior design
  • You have already gained first experiences with the CAD system Vectorworks
  • Ideally, you have previous knowledge/experience in the field of hotel design or architecture office
  • You are characterized by a high degree of commitment and flexibility
  • You are a lateral thinker and find solutions beyond the standards, you are on fire and have fun at work and even more at success
  • You are committed and structured in your work and at the same time have a high creative standard
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • You are business fluent in German and have a good command of English
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, quick comprehension, independent working style and team spirit through and through round off your profile.
