Frankfurt, 8 February 2022 – René Parmantier will now assume responsibility for the Real Estate Debt segment in addition to his role as CEO of Corestate, and thus also the management of Corestate Bank. The Supervisory Board of CORESTATE Capital Holding S.A. resolved on 7 February 2022 to remove Johannes Märklin and Sebastian Ernst from the Management Board of CORESTATE Capital Holding S.A. and all further group functions. Stavros Efremidis, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, thanks Parmantier for shouldering the additional responsibility and emphasizes that “the strategic orientation of the Corestate Group as a manager of Real Estate Debt & Equity will remain unaffected.”
