It combines the equipment and furnishing and thus the comfort of a living concept with the comfort and flexibility (to a certain extent) of a Hotel. Since serviced apartments are usually for commercial use, input tax can be deducted. In order to qualify for commercial use, Serviced Apartment Houses must limit the maximum length of stay of their guests and should offer services. The possible length of stay in Serviced Apartments ranges from one day to six months.
