Onboarding
We want our new colleagues to feel at home right from the start. To help you find your way around and acclimatize as quickly as possible, we provide you with valuable information even before your first day at work.
On your first day, you will be introduced to your new work environment, other departments, and our teams. In our welcome kit, you will find some useful materials to make your start easier.
In addition, we invite you to professional success meetings at different stages within the first 6 months of employment. The superordinate goal is to facilitate dialogue between managers and employees. Individual tasks, expectations, goals, and milestones are to be discussed and recorded during the success meetings.

Leadership Teams
The tasks of managers are manifold. Regular exchange and communication are essential to successfully operate as an organization and to drive issues forward. In addition to strategically established committees, we have set up various leadership teams to support managers in their normal role as managers within the framework of leadership programs. For us, the development of our employees is a central component of a successful employee journey. Linked to this, we also see the further development of the entire organization – we have our finger on the pulse. As an example, we would like to mention the ALT program launched in 2020.
ALT stands for Advanced Leadership Team: the program was implemented to further strengthen our potential in terms of professional and personal skills. The ALT program is a cross-company, international group of talents and key people in our organization whose development, training and career are the special focus of the CORESTATE Group. The members of the ALTs have been nominated by the senior managers (e.g. executive management) of their area.
The program supports our employees in expanding their expertise with regular strategy updates from the Executive Board and a series of “Understanding the Business” sessions led by experts from various fields. In addition, ALT participants work on future projects that are important for the CORESTATE Group. In addition, the focus is also on the continuous personal development of the members.
Despite the difficult COVID-19 situation, we found ways to successfully put together and implement the ALT program.
